Terms draft for Ali Saied’s private Clarform beta, updated 7 September 2026. This is an invitation-only, non-commercial testing environment. Owner and UK legal review are required before broader or commercial use.
Operator and prototype status
Clarform’s private prototype is operated by Ali Saied as an individual. Contact ali@clarform.com. No money is accepted through this prototype, and no products, subscriptions or paid services are offered for sale through it. Access is for private testing and development, not for running a live customer-facing service. These statements describe this version’s operation; they do not determine the legal classification of activities outside it.
Private access and your responsibilities
Access is currently invitation-only through an individual code. Keep it private and use only source and content you have authority to provide. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass isolation, or upload credentials. Access may expire or be revoked by the operator.
Free project-credit entitlements
An eligible newly issued account receives 1 Project Credit as an internal testing entitlement. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased or redeemed for money, and are not a payment balance. Drafting and source inspection do not consume a credit. Confirming a new project uses one credit once, including a separate imported project after readiness review. Reopening, revising and retrying that project use no additional credit. No payment, per-edit charge or subscription is introduced by these terms.
Test content and privacy
Use synthetic content for testing. Do not provide real customer records, sensitive personal information, payment details or secrets. The Privacy Policy explains account data, connected GitHub information, source processing, provider involvement and privacy requests. You retain the rights you already hold in your input; operating the requested features requires storing and processing that input as described in the notice.
Generated and imported software
Clarform records generation activity and verification results and provides private previews and source downloads. Generated software requires your review and may contain errors. Checks cover only their stated scope. Source imports preserve the selected exported revision and do not automatically transfer third-party hosting, data, users, secrets or domains. Importing does not authorize push-back to the original repository.
Review, export and external services
Keep copies of work you need. A preview is not a production deployment. Independent hosting may require reconnecting runtime services, reviewing security and legal drafts, and further testing. Third-party accounts, code and assets remain subject to their own terms, permissions and licences. Generated output is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights. Provider interruptions do not create another project or consume another project credit.
Availability and ending access
The prototype may change, be unavailable or stop. Permanent storage, uninterrupted access and successful generation are not guaranteed. Access may be suspended to address security, misuse or the end of a test; where practical, the operator should explain the reason and provide an opportunity to export work. Privacy requests and rights that continue after access ends remain available.
UK law and mandatory rights
The prototype is intended to operate subject to applicable UK law, including relevant data-protection requirements. Nothing in these draft terms excludes liability or restricts rights that the applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted. No exclusive court is selected. The precise governing-law and jurisdiction clause requires confirmation before these drafts are used as external contractual terms.
Innovator Founder endorsement aim
Ali Saied is developing this private prototype while working towards seeking endorsement under the UK Innovator Founder route. This statement does not claim endorsement, government approval or an immigration decision. Endorsement involves a separate assessment by an approved endorsing body; permitted activities depend on the immigration conditions that actually apply.

Contact ali@clarform.com about these drafts or the private test. A change to commercial operation would require a separate review of the product, permissions, data handling and terms. These drafts do not authorize payments, public launch or activity outside the operator’s applicable legal and immigration permissions.
